Location on the water is nice however if you're on the city side be prepared for lots of road noise. The rooms definitely need refurbishment, they're looking dated and tired. No mugs are supplied in the rooms, only teeny tiny tea cups, we ended up using tall glasses like latte glasses for decent sized coffees. Parking is an extra cost on top of the room rate. It's explained away by saying it's a council carpark and given at a reduced rate. Not my problem and for the room prices, the establishment should be footing that cost. Wanted to give a more positive review however having stayed at plenty of places around this price point, there are significantly better options to choose from in Launceston. Such a shame as being right on the water it has lots of potential and with a few tweaks, it could be fantastic.

A great weekend stay with easy check-in with very friendly staff - our room was amazing and we will be back! Our bed was very comfortable and the location was wonderful with great restaurants and an easy walk into the main area of Launceston. Highly recommended!

Room upgraded from a studio to the suite. Clean spacious room. Reception staff were friendly. We Used car to get around although we were quite central. Breakfast in cafe under hotel - big servings. My stay was good and we enjoyed it..............

First time visiting Tasmania, Launceston first stop and time staying at a Peppers location. Arrived after an early flight to be greeted with a huge smile and warm welcome from the guy at reception which I didn’t write down his name unfortunately however was super helpful with ideas to do until our room was ready. Filled in our morning and returned to properly check in, room was wonderful, spacious, clean and the bed absolutely amazing to sleep in. All staff both housekeeping and at reception had a smile and greeted us warmly upon passing, hotel is in the best location with fabulous food restaurants at hand and in walking distance of the cbd and attractions. Super impressed, so much so we have cancelled our other accommodation at the end of our trip here in Launceston and re booked here to stay for our final 2 days from the 24th April. Management should be very proud of their staff here and service they provide.

Brilliant location, aspect and size. Easy walk into the city centre. Good riverside views. The apartment was clean and well set up. The restaurants down stairs more than overcame that there was no room service. When in Launceston, this is a brilliant place to stay.
